We're looking for a dynamic People Change Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class transformation and change initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner, you'll lead large-scale organisational change projects with a key focus on restructuring and organisation charts as well as drive continuous improvement, and ensure our people strategies are implemented effectively and ethically. Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver complex change programmes such as reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and restructures
Develop robust project plans with clear milestones, reporting, and people metrics to ensure visibility and accountability
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Apply proven change management methodologies to implement transformation effectively and ethically
Identify lessons learned and drive automation and process enhancements to deliver an industry-leading service
Provide pragmatic, commercially sound advice and coach stakeholders to make informed decisions aligned with legislation
Contribute to wider People projects and promote best practices across the organisation
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale or complex people change programmes (e.g., restructures, mobilisations, demobilisations)
Strong project management skills with the ability to identify risks and deliver pragmatic solutions
Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and ability to apply it commercially
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams
Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems (preferred)
CIPD or Employment Law qualification (desirable)
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and maintain a flexible, results-driven approach
