Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic People Change Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class transformation and change initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner, you'll lead large-scale organisational change projects with a key focus on restructuring and organisation charts as well as drive continuous improvement, and ensure our people strategies are implemented effectively and ethically. Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver complex change programmes such as reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and restructures
  • Develop robust project plans with clear milestones, reporting, and people metrics to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Apply proven change management methodologies to implement transformation effectively and ethically
  • Identify lessons learned and drive automation and process enhancements to deliver an industry-leading service
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially sound advice and coach stakeholders to make informed decisions aligned with legislation
  • Contribute to wider People projects and promote best practices across the organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale or complex people change programmes (e.g., restructures, mobilisations, demobilisations)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify risks and deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and ability to apply it commercially
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams
  • Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems (preferred)
  • CIPD or Employment Law qualification (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and maintain a flexible, results-driven approach
