Dedicated people-focused change role based in Hyderabad. Sits between the central Change team and HR Business Partners. Focused on the people experience of change, not traditional HR delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver structured change management initiatives
Build high-touch relationships with Hyderabad leaders
Support leadership transitions and hub setup
Facilitate new hire experience during transformation
Drive local engagement and change adoption
Requirements:
2–3 years of dedicated change experience (minimum)
3–5 years total experience in HR change or HRBP roles
Experience working in matrix environments
High agility and adaptability
Strong stakeholder management capability
Fintech or pharma experience preferred
Exposure to rapid organisational change environments
Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutter’s specific sector
Manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds not preferred
Candidate must understand and be comfortable navigating rapid change and scaling environments
