Join Saunders International. We’re on the lookout for a People & Capability Coordinator to support our powerhouse team. Based in our Charlestown, Newcastle office, you’ll play a key role in keeping our administration, compliance and people processes running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle
  • Ensure HRIS is up to date
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Be a trusted first point of contact for employee queries
  • Schedule interviews and support recruitment activities
  • Follow up onboarding tasks to ensure all records are complete
  • Book pre employment screening appointments
  • Maintain Martian Logic system and spreadsheets
  • Welcome new hires and set them up for success
  • Organise events that boost employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellence in Human Resources administration
  • A relevant qualification and/or proven industry know-how
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Impeccable judgement and confidentiality, along with a genuine care for people
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • An understanding of HR legislation and contemporary best practice
