Providing expert support across employee relations cases
Managing and supporting recruitment processes
Advising on and implementing organisational change processes
Coaching and supporting managers
Supporting onboarding, induction and HR project delivery
Contributing to policy reviews, system improvements, and reporting processes

Requirements:
Proven HR generalist
Experience in charity sector
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in managing or mentoring others
