Job Description:

Strategic and operational HR opportunity with the UK's leading domestic abuse charity. The role involves acting as a trusted HR advisor to designated teams, supporting employee relations, recruitment, organisational change, and policy development within a mission-led organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Business partnering with key directorates
Providing expert support across employee relations cases
Managing and supporting recruitment processes
Advising on and implementing organisational change processes
Coaching and supporting managers
Supporting onboarding, induction and HR project delivery
Contributing to policy reviews, system improvements, and reporting processes
Championing the organisations values

Requirements:

Proven HR generalist
Experience in charity sector
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience in managing or mentoring others
Values-driven mindset
Strong commitment to EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion)
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

CIPD qualified
Experience in charity sector
