People Business Partner role for NEOS Hospitality, partnering for venues in Cardiff, Bristol, Bournemouth, Southampton and Brighton. Job Responsibility:
Partnering with bar management teams and senior leaders to deliver outstanding people experience across multiple brands
Owning talent plan to ensure bars are supported by outstanding people at every level
Leading senior recruitment for area, ensuring hiring, training and retention of best hospitality managers
Mentoring, coaching and supporting management teams across people lifecycle including team engagement, retention and performance enhancement
Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence, fairness and commercial mindset
Working strategically and hands-on to ensure people processes and culture drive business success
Requirements:
Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent degree is required
High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build great relationships quickly
Ambition, self-starter mindset, and genuine care and compassion for others
Passion for hospitality and genuine connection to the NEOS brands
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels
Great organisation and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with multiple days of travel within working week
