Job Responsibility:
Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions
Support organisational change and development, using data and insight to inform decisions
Coach and guide managers on employee relations, ensuring fairness and best practice
Champion learning and development, helping our people grow and succeed
Requirements:
Strong HR experience
Great communication skills
Genuine passion for creating a positive workplace
Level 3 CIPD qualification essential
Level 5 CIPD qualification (or willingness to undertake this in post) highly desirable
