We are searching for a highly motivated People Business Partner to play a cornerstone role in the Business Service Center setup and strategic growth.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary HR advisor for the Budapest leadership team, providing high-level guidance to all business units and ensuring that HR initiatives directly contribute to the site’s strategic value
Collaborate with the Head of Office and Integration Manager to lead seamless onboarding processes and act as a key architect in establishing the firm’s unique culture within the new Budapest hub
Deliver proactive, end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, managing everything from Employee Relations and performance management to complex policy guidance and engagement survey actions
Partner with global Centers of Excellence (SMEs) to execute sophisticated talent reviews, succession planning, and recruitment strategies, ensuring the Budapest office attracts and retains top-tier talent
Utilize and analyze people analytics (including turnover and performance metrics) to identify trends and provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations to business leaders
Maintain seamless alignment with the broader People team and international stakeholders across the UK, US, and APAC regions to ensure global consistency in HR delivery and policy
Oversee complex Employee Relations matters and regulatory compliance, while proactively leading projects and process improvements to optimize the HR function's efficiency
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Comprehensive HR expertise, specifically within a business partnering capacity
Skilled in HR information systems (HRIS) with a strong aptitude for data analysis and professional reporting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Hungarian
The ability to effectively operate in matrix, international organizations
A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
