Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a super-talented and ambitious People Business Partner to join the NEOS Hospitality team. This is the perfect opportunity for an existing HR Business Partner looking to really stretch and develop their existing partnering experience, make a real difference to our teams working lives, and scale alongside us as we roll out our ambitious growth strategy. You’ll be partnering for venues in Cardiff, Bristol, Bournemouth, Southampton and Brighton, so you’ll need to be comfortable with multiple days of travel within your working week.

Job Responsibility:

Partnering with bar management teams and senior leaders to deliver an outstanding people experience across multiple brands
Owning the talent plan to ensure bars are supported by outstanding people at every level
Leading on senior recruitment for the area, ensuring we hire, train and retain the best hospitality managers in the industry
Mentoring, coaching and supporting management teams across the people lifecycle, including team engagement, team retention and performance enhancement
Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence, fairness and a commercial mindset
Working both strategically and hands-on to make sure people processes and culture drive business success

Requirements:

High level of emotional intelligence
Ability to build great relationships quickly and easily
Ambition and a self-starter mindset
Genuine care and compassion for others
Passion for hospitality and a genuine connection to the NEOS brands
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Great organisation and problem-solving skills
Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent degree is required
