Harvey is looking for a People Business Partner (PBP) to be our founding People leader in India—someone who can partner at a strategic level and is excited to roll up their sleeves in the short term to help build the foundations of our People function on the ground. Requirements:
7+ years of experience in People Business Partnering
Comfort operating in high-growth or startup environments
Experience supporting Engineering teams and partnering closely with senior leaders
A builder’s mindset
Willingness to be hands-on in the short term
Strong business judgment and the ability to connect people's work to business outcomes
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
Excellent execution skills: organized, responsive, and reliable
Familiarity with Indian employment law and People practices
Passion for building exceptional employee experiences and shaping a strong, sustainable culture
