Owning the talent plan to ensure our bars are supported by outstanding people at every level
Leading on senior recruitment for your area, ensuring we hire, train and retain the best hospitality managers in the industry
Mentoring, coaching and supporting our management teams across the people lifecycle, including team engagement, team retention and performance enhancement
Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence, fairness and a commercial mindset
Working both strategically and hands-on to make sure our people processes and culture drive business success.
