The People Business Partner will play a key role in working with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. This role acts as a partner to business leaders, managers and employees on HR-related matters, and will work across the entire People team to ensure that HR initiatives and programs are aligned with business objectives. This role will also have the unique opportunity to assist in the implementation and support a Shared Services model.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted strategic advisor and partner to business leaders performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development and change management to drive business results
Coach leaders and partner with them to build engaged, high-performing teams
Deliver effective and timely HR solutions, annual processes, programs, and policies to assigned business functions
Utilize data and analysis of people metrics to drive data-driven insights around attrition, growth and retention
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the business has the necessary talent to meet current and future needs
Support the People Team as a shared services resource, responding to employee questions and requests timely
Act as a culture champion, keeping the Human Interest Way at the heart of our people programs
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
5+ years of HR Generalist/People Business Partner experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws, including wage and hour
Demonstrated ability to translate key business objectives and needs to support leadership and effectively drive people programs
Ability to operate through ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Deep experience in handling complex employee issues
Experience partnering directly with COEs on program development and delivery strategies
Experience navigating various HR systems
Strong communication and influencing skills
Can be located in CST, MST, or PST
Nice to have:
Experience with Jira, Paycor, Greenhouse, ChartHop, GoogleSuite a plus
