Job Responsibility:
Partnering with bar management teams and senior leaders to deliver outstanding people experience across multiple brands
Owning the talent plan to ensure bars are supported by outstanding people at every level
Leading on senior recruitment for area, ensuring hire, train and retain the best hospitality managers
Mentoring, coaching and supporting management teams across the people lifecycle including team engagement, retention and performance enhancement
Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence, fairness and commercial mindset
Working both strategically and hands-on to ensure people processes and culture drive business success
Requirements:
High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build great relationships quickly and easily
Ambition, self-starter mindset, genuine care and compassion for others
Passion for hospitality and genuine connection to the NEOS brands
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels
Great organisation and problem-solving skills
Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent degree
