Job Description

Partner with Sales leaders to support team effectiveness, manager capability, and consistent execution of People programs. Translate business needs into practical people solutions that support growth, performance, and engagement within the Revenue organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Sales leaders to execute People programs and processes, including performance management, compensation, career development, and engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business needs and provide thoughtful, practical people guidance
  • Support change initiatives within the Revenue org by helping plan communications, reinforcing key messages, and driving adoption of changes
  • Assist with organizational changes and workforce planning efforts
  • Partner with leaders to address performance concerns early, providing coaching and guidance on feedback, accountability, and performance management
  • Manage employee relations matters for the Revenue organization, including conducting investigations, assessing risk, and determining appropriate outcomes
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, surface risks, and support recommendations for people actions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting Sales teams in high-growth tech environments
