Job Description

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support our Product organization in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. This role is well-suited for an experienced individual contributor with strong foundational HR knowledge who can operate independently, manage routine work with confidence, and partner effectively with managers and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in how you balance people needs with business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Own core People Business Partner responsibilities for an assigned Product client group, managing day-to-day work independently within established policies and practices
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and the rollout of People initiatives
  • Execute key People programs—such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes—with consistency, accuracy, and strong follow-through
  • Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other teams to support effective delivery of People programs and initiatives
  • Support organizational and structural changes by helping implement management best practices and change initiatives within the Product organization
  • Make sound decisions within established guidelines and escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations appropriately

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • At least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment
  • Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance
  • Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with managers and employees
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and knows when to escalate
  • Builds trust quickly through responsiveness, consistency, and fairness
  • Comfortable using data and trends to inform basic recommendations and support People decisions
