Job Description

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support the business on a 2 year FTC as it transitions to an AI‑enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI‑led change effectively. You’ll partner with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes — covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.

Requirements

  • Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
