Job Description:

We are looking for a People Business Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week), with complete flexibility over how those hours are worked. This makes the role ideal for someone seeking meaningful, professional HR experience within a supportive environment, while balancing commitments outside of work. As a People Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality People services across the organisation. You'll work closely with managers and colleagues to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring our processes run smoothly and that our workforce is well-supported.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing first-line HR advice on policies and procedures
  • Preparing reports and workforce data
  • Preparing documentation and supporting casework
  • Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensuring timely and consistent administrative support across People & Business Relations activities
