Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated People Associate to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This is a contract position with a two-month duration and the possibility of extension. This role requires a hybrid schedule, with on-site work three days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in managing service requests, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle service ticket management by logging, tracking, and resolving requests or issues submitted through internal systems
  • Regularly input and update information in databases or systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain thorough documentation of all activities
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and PeopleSoft to carry out daily tasks
  • Ensure data integrity by paying close attention to details during data entry and record maintenance
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Build positive relationships within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Support the team in achieving operational goals by contributing to efficient workflows

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

Nice to have

Familiarity with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft applications is highly desirable
