We are looking for a dedicated People Associate to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This is a contract position with a two-month duration and the possibility of extension. This role requires a hybrid schedule, with on-site work three days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in managing service requests, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Handle service ticket management by logging, tracking, and resolving requests or issues submitted through internal systems
Regularly input and update information in databases or systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide timely follow-up and maintain thorough documentation of all activities
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve concerns
Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and PeopleSoft to carry out daily tasks
Ensure data integrity by paying close attention to details during data entry and record maintenance
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey information clearly and professionally
Build positive relationships within the team and with external stakeholders
Support the team in achieving operational goals by contributing to efficient workflows
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft applications is highly desirable
