Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, including our exciting New Teacher Day!
  • Conducting compliance checks for staff and volunteers and maintaining the Single Central Register
  • Keeping our People system and personnel files accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensuring all staff training is completed and properly recorded
  • Collaborating with the wider People Team to develop and review HR procedures, processes, and policies
  • Partnering with the Finance Department to ensure a seamless experience for all employees
  • Staying informed about current regulations regarding compliance and participating in training sessions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or education administration is a plus, but not mandatory
  • A knack for administrative tasks and an understanding of HR functions
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure
  • A meticulous, methodical, and thorough approach to your work
  • Strong ability to work effectively with data and processes
