Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration, including preparing and maintaining documentation
  • Maintaining and updating people data and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times
  • Helping administer employee benefits, such as healthcare, volunteer days and wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing the onboarding process, ensuring new starters have a seamless introduction to EMJ, and supporting the offboarding process for departing employees
  • Coordinating and assisting with the delivery of our internal, gold-medal-winning training programme
  • Contributing to HR reporting and metrics, helping the team track key data points such as headcount, engagement, and performance
  • Supporting ad hoc People initiatives- from learning and development to engagement activities and performance management cycles
  • Assisting with team coordination and recruitment administration, as required
