Job Description:

People Assistant - HR Administration Support (3-Month Contract) providing essential administrative support across a range of HR functions including recruitment, compliance, training, and personnel record management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including compliance checks and new starter processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR system and personnel files
  • Monitor and record staff training completion
  • Support the development and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Stay informed on compliance regulations and attend relevant training as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong administrative background, ideally within education or a similar setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
