The People and Development Specialist at BCG X is responsible for supporting employee experience, career development, and HR processes for consulting talent across the EMESA region. The role involves managing performance evaluations, talent reviews, and HR data accuracy, as well as collaborating with HR teams on learning and development, compensation, and diversity initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Support employee experience for all CT talent
Support CT career development
Support CDC meetings to ensure consistency in performance evaluation and collaboration
Ensure all aspects of the talent review process are submitted and completed accurately
Ensure all relevant data is up-to-date and accurate
Support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy
Support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting
Contribute to people-related projects as needed
Requirements:
4-6 years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function
Some experience in HR systems such as workday beneficial
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
