Job Responsibility

  • Drive the Employee Journey: Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews
  • Champion HR support: resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service
  • Oversee core admin: manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration
  • Build Community: own the local events calendar, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives to create a vibrant site culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Operations experience, specifically in payroll and benefits administration
  • culture champion with a strong interest or background in event coordination
  • tech-savvy with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and have a solid grasp of Irish employment law
  • highly organized problem-solver and an empathetic communicator who thrives in a dynamic tech environment
