Job Description:

As a People and Culture Specialist, you will act as a business partner for front line leaders and employees, collaborating on people-related activities. You will help implement people strategies at local level to create a work environment where IKEA values and culture are a living reality.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate processes that are essential part of IKEA People Strategy
Recruitment for operators, maintenance technicians, specialists and leaders
Onboarding for newcomers and role changes
Talent and development program management
Engagement survey coordination and action planning
Project management with stakeholders
Reporting and analytics for KPIs
Contributing to equal, diverse, and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

Experience in HR operating in manufacturing environment
Proven track record in recruitment and/or talent & development
Practical knowledge of work regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws
Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing (both languages are a MUST HAVE)
Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with diverse teams at different levels of organization
