Drive the Employee Journey: Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews
Champion HR support: resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service
Oversee core admin: manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration
Build Community: own the local events calendar, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives to create a vibrant site culture
Requirements
3+ years of HR Operations experience, specifically in payroll and benefits administration
Strong interest or background in event coordination
Tech-savvy with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow)
Solid grasp of Irish employment law
Highly organized problem-solver
Empathetic communicator
