The People and Culture Officer provide support and clerical expertise to Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork
Maintain and update all computer records
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files
Comply with Four Seasons and the Hotel and Residences Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and employee records
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Maintain and update all communication channels for sharing company information with internal and external guests
Complete or ensure all payroll records are good for payroll master to process the payment
Run monthly, quarterly and annual/quarterly/monthly reports as needed
Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events
Check PAC internal mailbox and post outgoing PAC mail
Assist with quarterly locker checks
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year of experience working in a supervisory capacity, experience in hotel human resources operations, preferably with Four Seasons or other luxury environment organization
Must hold the legal right to work in Thailand
Effective Communication skills in both speaking and writing English and Thai is required
