Job Responsibility:
Holistic support and advice for employees on professional and personal matters
Sparring partner for managers on HR and employment law–related topics
End-to-end HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
Responsibility for talent acquisition within the supported business areas
Coordination of the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our payroll specialist
Analysis and reporting of relevant HR key metrics
Independent projects to further develop and optimise HR processes
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in an HR / People function
Strong communication skills with a high level of advisory capability
Very good German and good English language skills
