The Press Hotel in Portland, Maine, newly owned and managed by EOS Hospitality, is seeking a People and Culture Manager to join their team! This full time, year-round role will focus on various responsibilities including recruitment efforts, onboarding and orientation, training, coaching and disciplinary action, employee relations events, payroll assistance, and work environment culture. This department of one oversees a team of just under 100 employees and will report directly to the General Manager with added support and training from the regional EOS Hospitality People and Culture Director. The right candidate will be naturally outgoing, well-organized, seeks efficiencies, and a great communicator with strong work ethic.

Assist with payroll processing and approvals
Perform quarterly access audits
Maintain confidentiality with payroll files
Field HR inbox and voicemail
Assist in scheduling content for LinkedIn
