Job Responsibility:

Own and drive the people agenda
Support c250 colleagues across 4 sites
Oversee HR operations for a team of 2
Manage employee relations cases
Play a key role in employee engagement surveys, vendor management, policy & process creation/reviews, HR/Payroll system and benefits offerings
Requirements:
Fully CIPD qualified (preferably MCIPD)
Proven track record across a variety of industries, preferably from a manufacturing environment
Commercial approach to HR
Ability to demonstrate implemented initiatives and their results
Experience in a stand-alone or multisite role with c150/200+ employees
Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, transitional change, TUPE transfer and integration
