Job Description:

The HR Manager / People and Culture Manager will drive the future of UK operations, implementing strategic people and culture initiatives tailored to the UK. The role involves supporting colleagues across multiple sites, managing HR operations, and playing a key role in various HR projects.

Job Responsibility:

Implement strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with global business needs
own and drive the people agenda
provide council and advice to the SLT
report to the VP of People and Culture
support c250 colleagues across 4 sites
oversee HR operations for a team of 2
manage employee relations cases
play a key role in employee engagement surveys, vendor management, policy & process creation/reviews, HR/Payroll system, and benefits offerings

Requirements:

Fully CIPD qualified (preferably MCIPD)
commercial, business partnering approach
inquisitive nature for change
well versed in staying up to date with new technology/methodologies
proven track record across a variety of industries, preferably from a manufacturing environment
commercial approach to HR
ability to demonstrate implemented initiatives and their results
experienced in stand-alone or multisite role with c150/200+ employees
excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, transitional change, TUPE transfer, and integration

Nice to have:

Experience in a manufacturing environment
exposure to a global/corporate organisation
