Job Description:

As a People and Culture Manager, you will act as a business partner for the Site Manager and other leadership colleagues, ensuring effective implementation of People strategies, creating a high-performing organization, and fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a business partner for Site Manager and leadership colleagues on people-related activities
drive and implement People and Culture strategies
create a high-performing organization
secure compliance with labor laws and internal requirements
nurture constructive dialogue with social partners
develop competence and leadership
promote an equal, diverse, and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

Leadership experience
proven record of developing people and organizations locally within a global framework
experience in participating in global projects
excellent communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
