To implement strategic people and culture initiatives that align with global business needs, whilst being tailored to the demands of the UK. Having a voice at the top table, you’ll own and drive the people agenda, be a key part of it, and work closely with the SLT to not only provide council and advice, but to ensure a consistent message to the wider business.
Job Responsibility:
Implement strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with global business needs
Own and drive the people agenda
Provide council and advice to the SLT
Oversee HR operations for a team of 2
Manage employee relations cases
Play a key role in employee engagement surveys, vendor management, policy & process creation/reviews
Requirements:
Fully CIPD qualified (preferably MCIPD)
Proven track record across a variety of industries, preferably from a manufacturing environment
Commercial approach to HR
Ability to demonstrate implemented initiatives and their results
Experience in a stand-alone or multisite role with c150/200+ employees
Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, transitional change, TUPE transfer and integration
Nice to have:
Exposure to a global/corporate organisation
Experience with HR/Payroll systems and benefits offerings
