We are now looking for a dynamic People and Culture Manager to champion our people strategy, support our teams and help create a workplace where talent can thrive at the RDS - one of Ireland’s most prestigious event venues!

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering the Levy UK & Ireland people strategy across the RDS
  • Ensuring teams are supported, developed and engaged
  • Maintaining a culture built on fairness, integrity and inclusion
  • Embedding the Levy culture through a strong focus on employee experience, development, engagement and wellbeing
  • Partnering with heads of department to support a diverse workforce across conferences, exhibitions, major events and matchday hospitality
  • Creating the Levy Difference, delivering legendary experiences for guests while ensuring Levy UK & Ireland remains a place of choice for hospitality professionals

Requirements

  • A confident and credible leader with the presence and professionalism to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong relationship builder who can collaborate effectively across operational teams and leadership groups
  • Passionate about developing people and supporting teams to reach their potential
  • Experience in HR, People & Culture or HR Business Partner roles within hospitality, events or a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and people management best practices
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, development and organisational culture initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and support managers through people challenges with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
