Job Responsibility

  • Maintain HR records, systems and documentation, including HRIS accuracy
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding and probation processes
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance, conduct and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and Fair Work requirements
  • Track training, compliance and employee records
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding logistics

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar senior HR professional role
