Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop the People function, ensuring processes, systems, and policies are scalable and support a growing, international team
Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and long-term growth
Oversee all aspects of the employee journey
Build and embed effective frameworks for performance, development, and feedback
Manage recruitment activity and workforce planning, ensuring hiring decisions align with business priorities and culture
Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture, using employee insights to improve engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Maintain strong governance across employment policies, compliance, and reward
Ensure HR and People systems and data are optimised for efficiency and reporting
Use analytics to provide commercial insight, influence decision-making, and support leadership planning
Ad hoc tasks to support the CEO/Executive team
Requirements:
Dedicated experience in a senior People/HR role within an SME/scaling business (5-10 years experience)
Experience working with C-suite teams in the media, entertainment, or creative industries
Strong generalist background across recruitment, engagement, compliance, and culture
