Job Description:

The dual-site Hyatt Place Hotel and Hyatt House Apartments is ideally located in Sovereign Square at the heart of Leeds City Centre. Offering 305 keys in total, it is comprised of a 217-bedroom Hyatt Place Hotel, complete with 4 boardroom style meeting rooms and destination rooftop bar and restaurant, Azotea; and an 88 apartment Hyatt House extended stay concept with F&B offering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the hotel management team to ensure a first class employee experience, from onboarding to performance and capability through to offboarding
  • Working in partnership with senior stakeholders in delivering the HR strategy, attraction, hiring, growth, and development of the team
  • Working within the local community, leading partnerships with Colleges and Universities
  • Ensuring all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business
  • Working closely with the off-site HR shared services team to deliver quick resolution to common and complex HR queries
