Job Responsibility:
Drive core HR initiatives including Career Management, Performance Achievement frameworks, and Compensation planning
Act as a senior coach and advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on relationship building and organizational design
Champion a culture of high performance and employee engagement through innovative people strategies
Serve as the subject matter expert on Ireland Employment Law, ensuring all policies and employee relations (ER) cases are handled with precision and legal rigor
Manage complex ER issues, providing resourceful solutions that balance commercial needs with fair practice
Utilize Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation) to consolidate and accurately validate complex workforce data
Translate data into visually interesting and well-organized PowerPoint presentations tailored for a senior executive audience
Ensure impeccable attention to detail in all reporting, data governance, and organizational documentation
Lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous process improvement
Leverage Workday (or similar HRIS) to optimize HR workflows and ensure data integrity
Demonstrate excellent resourcefulness, networking, and researching to solve for complex issues and find innovative answers
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of Human Resources core concepts such as career management, performance achievement, compensation, etc.
Excellent understanding of Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law
Skilled in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) - able to accurately consolidate and validate complex data, use most common formulas/functions, create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
Skilled in PowerPoint - able to create visually interesting and well-organized presentations
Excellent communication (written and oral) and able to summarize information appropriate for a senior audience
Strong team leadership experience and excellent coaching, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Innovative and creative mindset focused on efficient process operations and continuous process improvement
Excellent commercial understanding and the ability to solve for complex issues through networking and research
