People and Culture Generalist

As People & Culture Generalist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working as a team to respond to co-worker queries, including the shared HR inbox, and business partner with leaders in driving the local people plan and ad hoc matters that may arise; Ensuring and executing delivery of learning & training at the unit level, including tracking of completion and reporting; Implementing a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers, including performance management, and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws; Understand and manage the WorkCover claim processes, including co-worker experience, stakeholder management, and related administrative tasks; Support the recruitment processes by participating in interviews, managing internal applications, and overseeing a positive onboarding experience; Work as a team to ensure administrative tasks are completed and planned events are executed successfully.
