Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a P&C CFF Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Customer Facing Function area. You will be working within People and Culture team performing relevant tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the P&C technician and Head of P&C with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including absence and permissions
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local policies and state employment laws
  • Analyze and support maintaining reports and HR metrics with high-quality
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration
