As part of our growth, we are looking for a P&C CFF Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Customer Facing Function area. You will be working within People and Culture team performing relevant tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the P&C technician and Head of P&C with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including absence and permissions
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local policies and state employment laws
Analyze and support maintaining reports and HR metrics with high-quality
Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
