Job Description

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations and being based in West Perth, you will be a trusted a team member, providing support and advice to leaders, team members and the People & Culture team. You will join our People and Culture team where you will be working alongside an exceptional team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring compliance requirements are being accurately recorded
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records in the HR/Payroll Systems
  • Provide input and guidance to managers and employees regarding understanding of HR policies, procedures, forms and processes
  • Management of HR inbox providing guidance or escalating as required

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelors Degree) and or applied industry experience
  • Experiences and understanding of vetting processes and experience of interpreting multiple modern awards
  • Strong statistical/analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation
