As one of our People and Culture Coordinators, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people systems running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for our staff. Payroll is a shared responsibility within the team, so experience with payroll processing and an understanding of employment and payroll legislation will be an advantage. This is a fast‑paced role suited to a highly organised, tech‑savvy experienced administrator who enjoys variety. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, training and wellbeing initiatives, maintain our people databases and systems, help with internal communications, and contribute to wider People and Culture projects once you’re up and running.
