Job Responsibility:
Processing confidential employee information (new hires, changes, terminations)
Ensuring accuracy in the HR information system (P&C system)
Generating payroll-related reports
Ensuring Workday and SST integration accuracy
Screening applicants, conducting reference checks, and creating job requisitions
Coordinating the hiring process and new hire orientation
Managing the certified employee in-processing
Maintaining positive relationships with employees
Handling employee inquiries and requests (name tags, uniforms, etc.)
Organizing employee activities and events
Responding to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures
Managing insurance enrollment and claims
Completing enrollment and termination forms
Maintaining accurate employee records (personnel files, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
Preparing reports and documentation
Auditing monthly closing actions
Scheduling meetings and events
Updating bulletin boards and electronic signs
Maintaining the cleanliness and order of employee areas (cafeteria, locker room)
Handling administration processes for Task Force, Expats, etc.
Communicating with employees, applicants, and external parties
Presenting information in orientations and meetings
Responding to inquiries
Developing written materials (letters, forms, etc.)
Responding appropriately to hotel emergencies and safety situations
Requirements:
Highly proficient in speaking, writing and reading English
Bachelor Degree is required
2-3 years relevant Human Resources experience
Good knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, Administration, and Employee Relations functions when Governmental is preferable
Require a working technical knowledge of payroll & attendance systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, projects, effective presentations and facilitate meetings
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
Extensive knowledge of the Four Seasons policies and procedures
