In this role, you will partner with management to implement people strategies that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the logistics or related industries
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics to influence decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
