Job Responsibility
Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive work environment
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
Conduct training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the logistics or related industries
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics to influence decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
