Job Description:

Join a Community Where Everyone Feels They Belong at Philip Morant School and College. This position is based at Philip Morant School and College working closely with the Headteacher. The position provides the liaison between the school and the Sigma Trust central functions in People and Culture and Finance. The successful candidate will work 22 hours per week (8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00-3:30pm Friday. 3 days per week). This is a 41-week-per-year role, which includes working term time, non-pupil days, and an additional 2 weeks during school closure periods.

Job Responsibility:

  • Arranging and overseeing interviews for potential staff
  • Supporting pre-employment checks, induction, integration
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Petty cash and cash reconciliation
  • Managing parent payments

  • Experience of administrative work in a busy office environment
  • Good organisational skills
