Job Description

Be the driving force behind People & Culture in the US. This hands-on role combines HR, employee experience, and workplace operations, offering exceptional growth as Eftsure continues to expand.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
  • Supporting managers with probation reviews, performance processes, employee relations matters, and people-related decisions
  • Conducting exit interviews and helping identify opportunities to improve the employee experience
  • Providing guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice across the US workforce
  • Managing and improving HR processes as the business continues to scale
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and helping maintain Eftsure's strong culture across our growing US team
  • Coordinating recruitment administration and onboarding activities for new hires
  • Acting as the key point of contact for our Dallas office, ensuring employees have a positive and productive workplace experience
  • Managing office operations including workplace setup, equipment coordination, office supplies, and facilities relationships
  • Supporting remote employees by coordinating equipment, workspace needs, and day-to-day operational requirements
  • Rolling up your sleeves to handle the practical tasks that keep a growing office running smoothly - from organising new starter equipment to making sure the kitchen is stocked and welcoming

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar people-focused role
  • Enjoy being the go-to person who helps solve problems and supports employees and leaders alike
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
  • Willing to have difficult conversations when required and can balance empathy with business needs
  • Enjoy both strategic people work and hands-on operational tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a growing environment
  • Love creating positive workplace experiences and understand the impact a great office environment has on employee engagement
  • Thrive in fast-growing companies where no two days look the same

  • Advise and support managers on a range of people matters, including: Performance improvement plans (PIPs), Disciplinary and grievance processes, Restructures, Probation management, Sickness absence, Family leave, Flexible working requests
  • Take ownership of case management from initial query through to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions
  • Provide clear guidance to managers on their roles and responsibilities within P&C processes
  • Support with UK immigration processes, including: Advising on right to work, visa requirements, and ILR, Managing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), Monitoring visa expiry dates and compliance
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the People & Culture Business Partner as appropriate and provide regular updates on key issues
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects, reporting requirements, analysis of people data and trends to provide clear insights to support decision making
  • To shadow/play a role in some Business Partner initiatives as required, supporting continuous improvement and personal development including operational support on cyclical people processes, preparing materials and insights, and supporting delivery of key people initiatives
