Provide efficient frontline HR support, acting as the first point of contact for colleague queries and delivering high-quality administrative assistance across the People & Culture function
Prepare HR documentation, coordinate colleague experience activities, and manage benefits communication
Lead the smooth running of onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, orientation logistics, compliance checks, leaver documentation, and accurate HRIS updates
Maintain our digital people systems - overseeing Ask Joy (our virtual HR chat bot) managing HRIS records, supporting reporting cycles, updating eLearning and appraisal platforms, and ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
Ensure regulatory requirements are met, from DBS and safeguarding checks to Right to Work monitoring and safer-recruitment processes
Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining processes and supporting wider P&C projects

Requirements:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace
Proven experience in an administration role in a fast paced organisation with a HR administrative background preferrable
A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism
Experience in HR administration or a transferable administrative background
Comfort using HRIS systems, workflows and digital communication tools
A collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to an outstanding colleague experience
