Job Responsibility

  • Manage the product roadmap for Visier, our internal People Analytics platform—overseeing feature development, system enhancements, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and appropriate access controls across the People Analytics environment
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritize key metrics related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various HR systems to uncover trends, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making
  • Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
  • Present insights, recommendations, and actionable intelligence in meetings and presentations to diverse internal audiences
  • Support projects related to workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, and other high-impact people initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to analytics processes, tools, and data governance practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Visier, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with HR systems, such as HRIS or ATS, is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in HR analytics, workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, or inclusion and diversity analytics preferred

  • Partner with leaders across: FLOPS (Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Supply Chain) and other key functions to address key business challenges – with a primary focus on People systems and technologies, data pipelines and infrastructure, and large-scale Security and IT initiatives
  • Implement best-practice solutions, including process changes, configurations, and/or custom enhancements, to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Work with FLOPS engineers and stakeholders to design, build and implement engineering solutions as it pertains to FLOPS deliverables
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to identify functional scope. Able to identify unspoken/ conflicting requirements and drive meaningful change even going against the grain (as needed).
  • Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions for business systems and continuously identify opportunities that will streamline workflows and processes across all of our business systems and tools.
  • Draw from your experience to recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards that improves the team and our users’ experience while delivering long term scalability.
