This role leads enterprise people analytics strategy, delivers actionable insights, and connects workforce data to business outcomes. The position also ensures responsible data governance and leads a small analytics team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the People Analytics roadmap aligned to workforce and business priorities
Deliver standardized dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics using Power BI
Analyze enterprise data to identify trends in engagement, productivity, turnover, and workforce planning
Integrate data across Workday and other HR, IT, and Finance systems
Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform decision-making and change initiatives
Establish and maintain data privacy, governance, and compliance standards
Build data literacy and enable leaders to confidently use analytics
Manage and develop one People Analytics team member
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Enterprise Data Analytics
Advanced experience building dashboards and analytics in Power BI
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights
Authorization to work in the country of employment
Nice to have:
Master's degree in a related field
Hands-on experience with Workday reporting or analytics
Experience delivering predictive analytics in a corporate environment
Previous people management or team-lead experience
