Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented People Analytics Lead who is passionate about people data and improving employee experiences. You will own the People Team’s data strategy and will be instrumental in providing actionable insights to leadership to drive informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build Airtable’s people analytics strategy
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent trends
  • Build a roadmap for development of reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Own the process of conducting regular equal pay analyses
  • Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and tools
  • Explore and apply modern analytics tools and AI
  • Support key People programs with subject matter expertise and data

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Science, HR Strategy, or related roles
  • Proven ability to build and scale analytics capabilities from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with survey design and analytics
  • Fluency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of People data and employee lifecycle processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence with data
  • Deep curiosity and a builder’s mindset
  • Familiarity with Workday, Gem, Greenhouse and other people tools
