Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Stakeholder Consulting: Act as a trusted data advisor to HR Leaders (HRBPs) and business executives. Diagnose talent challenges, formulate analytical hypotheses, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Data Storytelling & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or Visier). Translate dense datasets into clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Workforce Lifecycle Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on critical workforce metrics such as attrition trends, quality of hire, employee engagement, compensation equity, and diversity & inclusion (DEI).
  • Predictive Analytics & Forecasting: Develop and implement analytical or predictive models to identify workforce risks (e.g., flight risk modeling) and support proactive talent strategies.
  • Data Governance & Hygiene: Partner with HRIT and HR Operations to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of people data within the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). Uphold strict global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Enablement & Culture: Drive data literacy across the HR ecosystem. Facilitate enablement sessions to train non-technical HR team members on how to utilize self-service analytics tools effectively.
