We are seeking a dedicated People Analyst with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or business analysis roles (experience in manufacturing or multi-site organizations a plus). The candidate will support HRIS operation, people analytics, and compensation functions by driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and system optimization across the organization’s HR department. This role helps shape the organization’s people strategy and drives HR operational excellence by translating workforce data into actionable insights and streamlining HR systems and processes for maximum effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Perform and audit the collection of data related to core HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle—including onboarding, job changes, compensation actions, performance reviews, and separations
Build, maintain, and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide timely insights for leadership
Maintain HR data standards and validation procedures to ensure the integrity, availability, security, and usability of employee and organizational data
Analyze turnover, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, retention, and workforce planning data to identify trends and support strategic decisions
Create data visualizations, presentations and recommendations to communicate insights and decision points to leadership
Translate business questions into data-driven insights and develop recommendations that inform strategic decisions
Compile compliance reports for EEO-1, VETS, Pay Equity Analysis, OFCCP, and other industry specific report requirements
Document HR process workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Support HRIS operation, system testing, configuration, and end-user training
Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors on resolution
Champion HR technology and analytics adoption
Manage job title library and market benchmarking, including job analysis, evaluation, and compensation structure maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or business analysis roles (experience in manufacturing or multi-site organizations a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience required
Professional designation (i.e. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Intermediate experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, data, and documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across HR, IT, and Finance
Experience supporting compensation processes or workforce analytics initiatives preferred
Advanced computer skills in addition to knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL a plus
Nice to have:
