Job Responsibility:
Support the People Strategy
Deliver a proactive, customer focused HR service to managers and employees across the business
Act as a key point of contact for designated business areas
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, employee relations and best practice
Advise managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and wellbeing matters
Support engagement initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive environment
Help shape an amazing culture where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive
Deliver high quality operational HR support including HR systems, payroll data, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development and HR reporting
Be involved in exciting projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR best practice and current employment law
Professional, pragmatic and solutions focused approach
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships
Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge when needed
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters with integrity and discretion
Proactive, adaptable and resilient
Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast paced, evolving organisation
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
